Emily Firlej

Emily Firlej currently serves as the Program Manager, Data & Impact for the African Women’s Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC), a program founded at the Center for Global Enterprise.

As such, she is responsible for the collection and analysis of engagement data, program feedback, and impact assessment. Emily is also involved with the development sector, the admissions process, and events management.

Prior to joining AWEC, Emily served as the Program Coordinator for USAWEC, another institute founded by the CGE. She has also served as the Program Coordinator for youth camp and various other nonprofits. She looks forward to being able to serve her communities and hone her leadership skills.

Emily has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Gender, Sexuality & Women’s Studies from William & Mary. When not working, she can be found camping and hiking with friends or reading a good book.
